I've already introduced loreline to the doctor but the quest won't complete the option still shows up to start the quest but going to the doctor doesn't show the option to introduce loreline
Once ankha says "Sure, why not." to the 'mind massage' you just have to make her aroused (pink aura) to have the option to call the hypnogirl, no need to go see her.
